The long-term value of this platform is a database of what industrial projects actually cost and earn — submitted by developers, anonymized on request, and reflected back as regional benchmarks: “developers building similar projects in this region reported…”
Structured submissions will capture location, type, acres, building SF, unit mix, structural system, line-item costs, rents, and lessons. Nothing confidential is ever published without permission.
